Frequently asked questions
What is Flexie?
Flexie is a B2B platform that allows furniture retailers to share and build containers together. Instead of committing to a full container alone, you can order just the SKUs you need and enjoy factory-direct pricing.
How does the shared container system work?
An active shared container has an eligible range and a CBM target. Retailer commitments add to its progress: Just Opened, Filling, Filling Fast, Nearly Full and Container Full. Shipment milestones are shown separately. Express Dispatch follows scheduled departures rather than a shared fill target.
Can I choose any SKU or colour?
Each program lists eligible products and variants. Select from the available SKUs and finishes shown for that program; a product in another program may have different ordering rules.
Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Minimum quantities may apply to a product or supplier program. Check the relevant product and program details, and confirm any unclear requirement with the supplier before committing.
Do I have to pay online?
The direct commitment flow without a Flexie payment checkout is upcoming. For current orders, check the program's ordering instructions and the supplier's trading agreement. The supplying wholesaler invoices retailers directly, including GST.
How do I track my order?
Check the program page for available container and shipment milestones. Indicative dates are identified separately from confirmed events. Flexie or the supplier will provide further updates when available.
Can I invite other retailers to join a container?
You can share an open program link with another eligible retailer. Their own eligible commitment contributes to the shared target; Express Dispatch follows its scheduled departure rules.
